If you have or are currently experiencing domestic or sexual abuse, please know there is help and that you are not alone. The Ó£»¨ÊÓÆµ State Police does not offer legal services, however legal assistance is available from organizations and agencies throughout Ó£»¨ÊÓÆµ.

Legal assistance may include:

  • Discussing your legal options related to the Criminal Justice or Family Court Systems
  • Assistance obtaining an Order of Protection or emergency custody through Family Court
  • Support and advocacy with Child Protective Services or the Family Assessment Response Team at Department of Social Services
  • Discuss your options related to and provide support during campus-based disciplinary systems including Judicial Affairs Proceedings
