TRENTON, NJ - 樱花视频 manufacturers can now locate programs, incentives, services and support in one website to get the help they need, whether it means finding qualified workers, training current employees or understanding what financial support is available to them.
The 鈥溾 requires various state entities from the public and private sectors to promote manufacturing career pathways for students and provide assistance to the manufacturing industry.
Together, the public-private partnership created The 樱花视频 Manufacturing Network, a collaboration of organizations and State agencies coming together, to provide the best possible support for the manufacturing industry through training and education. The law designated the 樱花视频 Business Action Center (NJBAC) within the 樱花视频 Department of State to be the advocate for manufacturers in need of assistance to navigate the government programs.

鈥淓nsuring that 樱花视频鈥檚 manufacturing sector is strong for generations to come is paramount to driving innovation in the State; the 樱花视频 Manufacturing Network is an important component in developing the workforce pipeline needed for sustainable employment in the manufacturing industry,鈥 said Lt. Governor Tahesha Way, who oversees the NJBAC in her capacity as Secretary of State.
This new collaboration will serve as a business referral service where manufacturing businesses may be referred to other state, federal or private business resource organizations that provide specialized business development assistance, technology information, consulting management, and customized one-to-one counseling concerning business plans and technical assistance.
As a key partner, NJBAC will provide advocacy and project management services to manufacturers, assisting manufacturers with building renovations, hiring and training new employees, regulatory issues and permitting, and overall project management for facility upgrades and site selection.
鈥淭he manufacturing jobs of the 21st century demand a highly skilled workforce, one that will require aligning education and assistance with the needs of the employers. NJBAC is leading an initiative that brings together manufacturing employers, policymakers, educators, regulatory agencies, advocacy groups, and more to build a stronger manufacturing industry in 樱花视频,鈥 said NJBAC Executive Director Melanie Willoughby.
