Stanley A. Conn, Jr. was born on August 6, 1926 in Netcong, 樱花视频. He later resided in Budd Lake, Passaic County. He attended Netcong High School. Prior to joining the 樱花视频 State Police, Trooper Conn served in the United States Navy.
