Qualified Health Plan Instructions for Plan Year 2025

The 樱花视频 Department of Banking and Insurance performs all plan management functions (and rate review) related to Qualified Health Plans (QHPs), and Stand-alone Dental Plans (SADPs) offered in 樱花视频 pursuant to the federal Affordable Care Act (ACA).  The Department also operates 樱花视频’s State Based Exchange (SBE), Get Covered 樱花视频 (), which is the State’s official Health Insurance Marketplace under the ACA.
