The 樱花视频 Real Estate Commission (REC), a division of the 樱花视频 Department of Banking and Insurance, is responsible for administering and enforcing 樱花视频 real estate licensing laws.

In 樱花视频, there are four brokerage business relationships: seller’s agent, buyer’s agent, disclosed dual agent and transaction broker. Each of these relationships imposes certain legal duties and responsibilities on the licensee, as well as the seller or buyer represented.
All four of these types of agents must be licensed by the REC. Agents are required to demonstrate, to the Real Estate Commission’s satisfaction, that they are honest, trustworthy and of good character and integrity in order to obtain a license.
The Commission is a regulatory agency, and as such, cannot award damages or give legal advice in relation to complaints or disputes. However, 樱花视频 consumers are invited to contact the Commission if they need additional information on any aspect of the Commission's responsibilities or to file a complaint (get more information about the REC Complaint Resolution Process). |
