NOTICE OF INTENT TO JOIN COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
Under National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (NCPA) Contract for:

Business and IT Consulting and Advisory Services – PMO Services DHS
[Region 14 Education Service Center (ESC) Contract Ref. No 11-55, Solicitation #41-20]

Notice is hereby given that the Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ intends to enter into a publically advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for business and IT consulting and advisory services to provide project management oversite for information technology projects.

The Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ anticipates joining the Business and IT Consulting and Advisory Services contract led by Region 14 ESC in the 2021 timeframe. The Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ expects to execute a Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ Participating Addendum and award a contract to BerryDunn, a vendor awarded a Master Agreement by the Lead State that also meets Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ compliance requirements.

Additional information, including the original Bid Solicitation, the Master Agreements, and executed Participating Addenda from all participating states is available on the NCPA website.

The Business and IT Consulting and Advisory Services contract has a term of December 8, 2020 through December 31, 2023, with the option to extend for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.
