NOTICE OF INTENT TO JOIN COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
Under the National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (NCPA) Contract for:
Business and IT Consulting and Advisory Services
[Region 14 Education Service Center (ESC), Solicitation #41-20]

Notice is hereby given that the Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ intends to enter into a publically advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for general business and IT consulting and advisory services for Statewide use.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.

The Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ anticipates joining the Business and IT Consulting and Advisory Services contract led by the Region 14 ESC in the late 2022 to early 2023 timeframe. The Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ expects to award contracts to vendors awarded a Master Agreement by the Lead State that also meet Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ compliance requirements and execute a Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ Participating Addendum.

The Business and IT Consulting and Advisory Services contract has a term of December 8, 2020 through December 31, 2023, with the option to extend for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods.

The comment period ends with the close of business on November 10, 2022. To ensure that your comment is received, it must be submitted to the Division of Purchase and Property's Hearing Unit at dpp.protest@treas.nj.gov.
