Notice of Intent to Participate in Cooperative Contract - Equipment Maintenance Management Program (EMMP)

Notice is hereby given that the Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ intends to enter into a publicly advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for Equipment Maintenance Management Program.

The Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ anticipates joining the Missouri EMMP cooperative contract in the October 2014 timeframe. The Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ expects to award a contract to Specialty Underwriters Group (SUG).

The EMMP contract has a term from November 7, 2012 through November 6, 2015, with an option for three one-year extensions.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.

Note that the comment period ends with the close of business on September 14, 2014. 52:34-6.2.
