Notice of Intent to Participate in Cooperative Contract – Pharmaceuticals & Vaccines

Notice is hereby given that the Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ is investigating the possibility of entering into a publically advertised multi-state cooperative purchasing agreement for Pharmaceuticals & Vaccines.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.
Please be advised that the State will not accept any communications during this preliminary stage of its investigation.
