NOTICE OF INTENT TO JOIN COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT

Vehicle Lifts/Heavy Duty Vehicle Maintenance Equipment/Vehicle Lifts, Garage and Fleet Maintenance Equipment

Notice is hereby given that the Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ intends to enter into a publically advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for vehicle lifts and garage and fleet maintenance equipment.

The Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ anticipates joining the Sourcewell contract led by the Minnesota in the June 2021 timeframe. The Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ expects to award contracts to vendors awarded a Master Agreement by the Lead State that also meet Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ compliance requirements and execute a Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ Participating Addendum.

The Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ only intends to join the Sourcewell contracts beginning with 013020.

The Sourcewell contracts have a term of April 13, 2020 through April 13, 2024, with the option to extend for up to one (1) additional year.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.
