Notice is hereby given that the Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ intends to enter into a publically advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for commercial off the shelf (COTS) and related services from value-added resellers.

The Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ anticipates joining the NASPO Software VAR contract led by the State of Arizona. The Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ expects execute a Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ Participating Addendum with SHI Master Agreement #ADSPO16-130651 in the April 2021 timeframe.

The NASPO contract had a base term of 04/08/2016 through 01/07/2018, with the option to extend up to a period of five (5) years, and has been extended through January 7, 2022.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.
