Notice is hereby given that the Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ intends to enter into a publically advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for Office Supplies.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.

The Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ anticipates joining the contract awarded by Equalis Group, a cooperative purchasing organization, on or about May 2024 timeframe. The Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ expects to award contracts to vendors awarded a Master Agreement by the Lead Agency that also meets Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ compliance requirements and execute a Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ Participating Addendum.

The Equalis Group contracts have an expiration date of 2/28/2025, with the option to extend up to two additional years.

The comment period ends with the close of business on April 12, 2024 at 4 p.m. To ensure that your comment is received, it must be submitted to the Division of Purchase and Property’s Hearing Unit at dpp.protest@treas.nj.gov.
