Notice of Intent to Join a Cooperative Contract - Tires, Tubes and Services

Notice is hereby given that the Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ intends to enter into a publically advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for tires, tubes and services.

The Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ anticipates joining the Tires, Tubes and Services contract led by the State of Iowa in the March 2019 timeframe.  The Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ expects to award contracts to vendors awarded a Master Agreement by the Lead State that also meet Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ compliance requirements and execute a Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ Participating Addendum.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative procurement agreements whenever it is the most cost-effective method of procurement.
