Notice of Intent to Participate - WSCA contract for Small Package Delivery Services

Notice is hereby given that the Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ intends to participate in the State of Utah's WSCA contract for Small Package Delivery Services. The State intends to award a contract to Federal Express Corporation. Information regarding the WSCA contract may be found on the WSCA website at:

The State of Utah’s contract has the following term:

Initial Term: August 28, 2011 through August 27, 2012

Renewal Options: Four (4) one-year periods
Maximum Contract Term: 5 years

The period for comment expires on April 2, 2012.

The Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ is permitted to join cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2.
