The Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ anticipates joining the Nevada State contract in March 2013.

The State of Nevada contract term is as follows:

Initial Contract Period: August 1, 2011 through July 31, 2015

Please be advised that it is the intent of the Director of the Division of Purchase and Property to make a contract award to JPay Inc., and Keefe Commissary Network (KCN) pursuant to the bid proposal(s) submitted in response to the referenced State of Nevada Request for Proposal.

The Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ is permitted to join cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2.
