NOTICE OF INTENT TO JOIN OMNIA PARTNERS OFFENDER MONITORING SOLUTIONS AGREEMENT

Notice is hereby given that the Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ intends to enter into a publically advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for Offender Monitoring Solutions through Omnia Partners.

The Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ anticipates joining the Omnia Partners contract led by the City of Mesa, Arizona in the July 2024 timeframe. The Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ expects to award a contract to the vendor awarded a Master Agreement by the Lead City of Mesa, Arizona that also meets Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ compliance requirements and execute a Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ Participating Addendum.

The contract has an initial term of five (5) years with two (2) optional one (1) year extensions.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.
