Notice of Intent to Participate in Cooperative Contract – Temporary Employment Services Office and Clerical and Temporary Legal Services Legal Secretaries and Paralegals

Notice is hereby given that the Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ is entering into a publically advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for Temporary Employment Services, Office and Clerical, and Temporary Legal Services, Legal Secretaries and Paralegals to replace two existing State Term Contracts:

• T-0419, Temporary Employment Services, Office and Clerical, All State Agencies
• T-1917, Temporary Legal Services, Legal Secretaries and Paralegals

Both are due to expire on April 30, 2013.

The Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ intends joining the U.S. COMMUNITIES- Temporary Personnel and Related Services Contract. The Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ intends to award a contract to ACRO Service Corporation, Contract #: 11143.

The County of Maricopa contract has a term of 3 years from 4/1/12 to 3/31/15.

Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the State of Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.
