Notice of Intent to Participate in Cooperative Contract- Industrial and MRO Supplies and Equipment

Notice is hereby given that the Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ is investigating the possibility of entering into a publically advertised cooperative purchasing agreement for Industrial and MRO supplies and Equipment to replace existing State contract # M-0002, Industrial/MRO Supplies and Equipment, which expires on February 28, 2011.

Under N.J.S.A 52:34-6.2, the Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ is authorized to join competitively bid and awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.

Please be advised that the State will not accept any communications during this preliminary stage of its investigation.
