Business Tax/NJ Tax Portal PIN Requests

This page is for Business Tax PIN inquiries. Business Tax PINs will allow access to the NJ Tax Portal for Phase 1 taxes. The form below can only be used if your business is already registered with the Division of Revenue & Enterprise Services (DORES).

Your Business Tax PIN is printed on the "Welcome Letter" you received when you first registered your business. Generally, the 4-digit PIN is the same used to submit Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ tax payments and returns (e.g., Withholding Tax returns (Forms NJ-927/NJ-500 or Form NJ-927-W) or Sales and Use Tax returns (Forms ST-50/50B)). If you need help obtaining your PIN, complete the form below.

In order for us to process your PIN request, you must provide us with your Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ Corporate ID Number. If you do not know your Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ Corporate ID number, you can access it through the website using the "Business Entity Name Search."

If you do not have a Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ Corporate ID number or you are unable to use this form, fax your request to 609-633-6444. and include your Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) or Social Security number.
