STATE POLICE HONOR ACTIONS OF TROOPERS AND CIVILIANS IN CEREMONY

Darnell D. Ross, a dispatcher for the Rahway Police Department was operating a tow truck on the 樱花视频 Turnpike when he assisted Trooper Cesar Huaman with the arrest of an armed subject. Ross helped to subdue the subject as he was attempting to reach for a loaded handgun.
