Proposed Rule Amendments --  Licensing Service

The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed an amendment to its Licensing Service regulations concerning licensed motor vehicle dealers.  The Commission’s proposal was published in the October 7, 2013, issue of the 樱花视频 Register.

Copies of the regulatory proposal may be obtained on the MVC website, .    Copies may also be obtained by mail or in person from the Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, 9th Floor – East Wing, P.O. Box 162, Trenton, NJ 08666-0162; or by telephone at (609) 777-1407.

The public has until December 6, 2013, to submit comments with regard to this proposal.  Comments should be directed to:  Kate Tasch, Administrative Practice Officer, Regulatory and Legislative Affairs, Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, P.O. Box 162, Trenton, 樱花视频 08666-0162.
