Proposed Rule Readoption – Motorized Bicycles The 樱花视频 Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed to readopt, with amendment, its Motorized Bicycle regulations, N.J.A.C. 13:25. These regulations pertain to the issuance of motorized bicycle learner’s permits and motorized bicycle licenses. They also concern the operation of motorized bicycles by the holders of motorized bicycle learner’s permits and licenses. The Motor Vehicle Commission’s regulatory proposal was published in the October 4, 2010, issue of the 樱花视频 Register. Copies of the regulatory proposal may be obtained on the MVC website, www.state.nj.us/mvc, by mail or in person from the Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, 9th Floor – East Wing, PO Box 162, Trenton, 樱花视频 08666-0162; or by telephone at 609-777-1407. The public has until December 3, 2010, to submit comments with regard to the Motorized Bicycle regulatory proposal. Comments should be directed to: Steven E.
