The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed to amend N.J.A.C. 13:18-3.7

(TRENTON)--The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed an amendment to N.J.A.C. 13:18-3.7 in order to conform to revised International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) annual interest rate requirements.

The proposed amendment is published in the August 4, 2014 issue of the 樱花视频 Register.  Copies of the proposal may be obtained on the MVC website, www.njmvc.gov; by mail or in person from the Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, 9th Floor – East Wing, P.O. Box 162, Trenton, 樱花视频 08666-0162; or requested by telephone at (609) 777-1407.
