Proposed Rule Amendments --Â Commercial Driver Licensing
The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed amendments to the Commercial Driver Licensing regulations. The amendments address consequences of using a commercial motor vehicle while committing the felony of human trafficking. The Commission’s proposal was published in the July 20, 2020 issue of the Ó£»¨ÊÓÆµ Register.
