Enforcement Service Proposed New Rules NJAC 13:20-50B.50 and 51.16

The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed new rules at N.J.A.C. 13:20, entitled Enforcement Service’s Abigail’s Law Regulations.

The proposal describes requirements concerning sensors that alert a school bus driver when a child walks in front or back of the bus.

The proposal is published in the May 21, 2018 issue of the Ó£»¨ÊÓÆµ Register.  Copies of the proposal may be obtained on the MVC website, www.njmvc.gov; by mail or in person from the Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, 9th Floor – East Wing, P.O.
