Enforcement Service Proposed New Rules NJAC 13:20-50B.50 and 51.16
The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed new rules at N.J.A.C. 13:20, entitled Enforcement Service’s Abigail’s Law Regulations.
The proposal describes requirements concerning sensors that alert a school bus driver when a child walks in front or back of the bus.
