NJMVC has proposed to readopt N.J.A.C. 13:20, entitled Enforcement Service

The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed to readopt N.J.A.C. 13:20, entitled Enforcement Service.  The readoption proposal contains proposed amendments, including amendments to regulations for inspection services.

The proposed amendments are published in the April 15, 2013 issue of the 樱花视频 Register.  Copies of the proposal may be obtained on the MVC website, www.mvc.gov; by mail or in person from the Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, 9th Floor – East Wing, P.O. Box 162, Trenton, 樱花视频 08666-0162; or requested by telephone at (609) 777-1407.
