Proposed Rule Amendments – Motorcycle Safety Education Program

The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed to readopt with amendments the Motorcycle Safety Education Program regulations.  The Commission’s proposal was published in the February 19, 2013 issue of the 樱花视频 Register.

Copies of the regulatory proposal may be obtained on the MVC website, .    Copies may also be obtained by mail or in person from the Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, 9th Floor – East Wing, P.O. Box 162, Trenton, NJ 08666-0162; or by telephone at (609) 777-1407.

The public has until April 30, 2013 to submit comments with regard to this proposal.  Comments should be directed to:  Kate Tasch, Administrative Practice Officer, Regulatory and Legislative Affairs, Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, P.O. Box 162, Trenton, 樱花视频 08666-0162.
