The 樱花视频 Motor Vehicle Commission (NJ MVC) is soliciting quotations regarding the attached MVC Mobile Inspection Vehicle GSA Request for Quotation (RFQ).   This RFQ is also posted on the GSA Advantage website under RFQ1283737S.   

  • Questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted in writing no later than 2:00 p.m. May 11, 2018 via email to:  MVC.Procurement@mvc.nj.gov , or on the GSA Advantage website.

NOTE:  A GSA Advantage Buyer or Contractor Account is required to access this RFQ on the GSA Advantage website. 

Vendors responding to this RFQ should include promotional sales brochures and information to support the company's experience in building similar vehicles, along with detailed specifications and layout drawing of the proposed vehicle configuration and interior.

  • All interested contractors are also instructed to submit RFQ questions via direct email to: MVC.Procurement@mvc.nj.gov no later than 2:00 p.m. May 11, 2018.

Phone calls / faxes will not be accepted. Any questions time stamped or dated later than the specified date and time may not receive a response or answer.

  • All interested contractors intending to provide a quote via GSA Advantage in response to this RFQ are instructed to email a quote directly to: MVC.Procurement@mvc.nj.gov no later than 2:00 p.m. June 1, 2018.

 

Email Subject Line: NJ MVC Mobile Inspection Vehicle (M.C.S.A.P) GSA RFQ1283737S.    Contractor quotes sent via email must be time stamped no later than 2pm EDST, June 1, 2018.

Any quote time stamped or dated later than the specified date and time will not be accepted without advance written modification to this RFQ by the NJ MVC.
