The attached file and following  update provide additional information for the above referenced Addendum #3  and subject solicitation RFQ # 1247099S-2.   

  • The Question and Answer (Q&A) period for RFQ # 1247099S-2 is closed as of February 14, 2018.  
  • State’s Answers to Bidders Questions received between February 9 and February 14, 2018 during the re-opened Q & A period are attached for review.
  • Proposal Due Date:  2:00 pm (Eastern) February 28, 2018

   
IMPORTANT NOTE: ALL VENDOR (BIDDER) E-MAIL CORRESPONDENCE IN RESPONSE TO THIS RFQ MUST CLEARLY STATE “CDL 3RD PARTY TESTING SERVICES PILOT PROGRAM RFQ” IN THE SUBJECT LINE OF EACH E-MAIL.

This RFQ and all related information are publicly posted to the enclosed NJ MVC Current Bidding Opportunities internet link.    

NJ MVC anticipates additional posting of the attached Answers to Bidder Questions to The 樱花视频 Department of the Treasury, Division of Purchase and Property Special Notices and AAMVA Open RFPs / RFIs web site.   Posting links are enclosed respectively:  /treasury/purchase/ and  .  Thank you for your continued interest.

 

Note:  It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure that all changes are incorporated into the original RFQ.
All other instructions, terms and conditions of the RFQ shall remain the same.

All Bidder Proposals must be addressed directly to: Procurement@mvc.nj.gov and submitted in writing via email no later than 2:00 pm (Eastern) on each of the respective closing dates. 

  • No phone calls will be accepted and additional written inquiries will be answered only during the designated Question and Answer Period stated above.
  • No additional questions will be accepted and no response will be provided for late question submittals time stamped after 2:00 pm on February 14, 2017.
  • Proposals received and time stamped later than 2:00 pm Eastern on February 28, 2018 will be deemed unresponsive and rejected with no further consideration or review by the Commission.
