Additional Monkeypox (hMPXV) Vaccination Sites Open Under Expanded Eligibility
TRENTON – Three additional monkeypox (hMPXV) vaccination sites with community partners have opened as vaccinations continue under expanded eligibility, the 樱花视频 Department of Health (NJDOH) announced today.
NJDOH receives monkeypox (hMPXV) vaccines from the federal government, and they are provided at no cost to individuals. The new sites, which join other community partner vaccination sites throughout the state offering vaccines primarily through appointments, include:

While reported monkeypox (hMPXV) cases have deceased since the peak in summer 2022 and risk has remained low for the general public, it is important for individuals who may be most at risk to get vaccinated in advance of exposure.
Under Expanded Vaccination, individuals who do not have a known exposure, but have been in or may be in situations with a higher risk of exposure, are eligible to receive the vaccine. Some examples include:
