Department of Health Proposes to Amend Appendix Governing Nuisances in N.J.A.C. 8:52, Public Health Practice Standards of Performance for Local Boards of Health in 樱花视频
The Office of Local Public Health in the Division of Public Health Infrastructure, Laboratories, and Emergency Preparedness of the Public Health Services Branch of the Department of Health (Department) is proposing to amend N.J.A.C. 8:52, Public Health Practice Standards of Performance for Local Boards of Health in 樱花视频. The amendment would remove provisions governing nuisances in the Appendix to N.J.A.C. 8:52 that the 樱花视频 Superior Court, Appellate Division, determined to be unconstitutional.
The proposal appears in the August 17, 2015, issue of the 樱花视频 Register. The public has until October 16, 2015, to comment on the proposal.
Persons wishing to comment on the proposal must submit written comments either (1) electronically by October 16, 2015, to or (2) by regular mail postmarked on or before October 16, 2015, to Joy L.
