The School Physical Therapist endorsement authorizes the holder to serve as a physical therapist in preschool through grade 12.
To be eligible for the School Physical Therapist standard certificate, a candidate must meet the following requirements:
Degree Requirement
Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Physical Therapy Study Requirement
Complete a program in physical therapy from an accredited college or university.
Licensure Requirement
A currently valid Physical Therapy license issued by the 樱花视频 Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
