A pawnbroker license is required to lend money on the deposit or pledge of personal property or to purchase personal property on condition of selling it back at a stipulated price.
The governing statute is the 樱花视频 Pawnbrokers Act, N.J.S.A.45:22‑2 et. seq.
NOTE: Effective September 5, 2006, all applicants for a Pawnbroker license must have corporate officers, directors, partners, members, sole proprietors, and owners of controlling interests (10% or more) complete the 樱花视频 fingerprinting process.
