Federal Standards Statement
The readopted rules and readopted amendments do not contain any standards or requirements which exceed the standards or requirements imposed by Federal law. The rules and amendments continue to apply certain Federal statutes and regulations to Ó£»¨ÊÓƵ financial institutions. The Federal statutes and regulations involved are 12 U.S.C. § 2901, 12 U.S.C. §1831o, 12 C.F.R. 325.2(k) and 12 C.F.R. 229.
