Division on Civil Rights Posters and Regulations

As of August 1, 2022, DCR adopted new and amended mandatory poster display regulations and created new and updated posters required by the Ó£»¨ÊÓÆµ Law Against Discrimination (NJLAD). Pursuant to , all employers are required to post the new employment poster and, employers that meet Ó£»¨ÊÓÆµs Family Leave Act (FLA) requirements, must post FLA posters. The posters must be posted in a place that is easily accessible to all employees and prospective employees. Pursuant to , any business or entity that is open to the public must also display the updated public accomodations poster in a place that is easily accessible to patrons/clients/customers and prospective patrons/clients/customers. Pursuant to , housing providers must display one of the official DCR housing posters. Housing providers include all persons engaged in the management of residential real property; and all real estate brokers and all persons who engage in the business of selling or renting their own or others’ real property.
