August 28, 2013 - Request for Quote for Management of the Landlord Rental Repair Program
The Landlord Rental Repair Program will assist rental property owners with 25 or fewer units in restoring their rental properties that were damaged by Superstorm Sandy. Successful applicants to the Program must agree to furnish affected units as affordable rental units to eligible low and moderate income households. The Contractor awarded through this RFQ will perform the following activities for up to the approximately 1,000 eligible applicants:
- Review Homebuilders to ensure minimum adequate qualifications for rehabilitation activities;
- Determine the Scope of Work necessary to restore eligible properties and verification of completed work to date;
- Oversee construction activities and schedules related to these properties; and
- Approve draws for Homebuilders based on construction progress
