樱花视频 State employees have a right to work in a secure environment, free from discrimination, harassment, and violence. Heighten your workplace violence situational awareness by exploring three critical elements: recognize, prevent, and report. These critical elements will shape your responsiveness and foster zero tolerance outcomes. This online training provides an overview of the legislation that has shaped workplace violence policies and procedures; reinforces preventative measures to take to deter violence in the workplace; and emphasizes the importance of reporting workplace violence incidents. By completing this training, participants will feel empowered with the knowledge and resources needed to support and maintain a productive and safe work environment.

• Define workplace violence and its related terms

• Identify Workplace Violence forms and types
• Recognize warning signs and 'red flags' of aggression and violence
• Identify factors that can increase stress and lead to problematic behavior
• Identify prevention and response strategies to workplace violence
• Review the appropriate process to report workplace violence incident(s)
• Identify components of your workplace violence policy
• Identify consequences if conduct violates workplace violence policy
• Recognize the roles of employees, supervisors, managers, and other departmental staff for preventing and responding to workplace violence
