听Project will Conserve Energy, Reduce Peak Demand
Trenton, N.J. – The 樱花视频 Board of Public Utilities (NJBPU) today approved a $937,199 energy efficiency incentive for Mack-Cali Realty under the state’s Large Energy Users Program within 樱花视频’s Clean Energy Program™. The funds will be used for energy conservation measures in nine different locations across 樱花视频 that will save an estimated $358,112 in energy costs annually and 3.4 million kWh of electricity annually.

 

The proposed projects will cost $1.7 million total, with Mack-Cali funding the difference between the incentive granted today and the total cost.

 

The proposed upgrades fall into four major categories: Five HVAC system retrofits; one HVAC fan system retrofit; two curtain wall insulation applications; and one LED lighting retrofit.

 

“Helping our large energy users – and the buildings they operate – become more energy efficient is an important way of helping us to meet the Governor’s clean energy goals,” said NJBPU President Joseph L. Fiordaliso. “Not only will programs like this mean a cleaner and healthier environment, but they will dramatically reduce energy costs for the property owners.”

 

The energy conservation upgrades will occur at nine different locations across the state, at the following addresses:

  2. 111 River Street, Hoboken, NJ
  3. 581 Main Street, Woodbridge, NJ
  4. Plaza ll-lll Harborside, Jersey City, NJ
  5. 5 Wood Hollow Road, Parsippany, NJ
  6. 101 JFK Parkway, Short Hills, NJ
  7. Plaza IV-A Harborside, Jersey City, NJ
  8. Plaza V Harborside, Jersey City, NJ
  9. 101 Hudson Street, Jersey City, NJ
